By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of use and our Privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Cítame provides a bilingual (English/Spanish) directory of local businesses designed to be discoverable by people and AI assistants, plus optional paid tools for business owners (visibility monitoring, syndication, and related features).

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Free features (including limited AI-visibility snapshots) may be rate-limited and are not a substitute for paid monitoring.

You must provide accurate information when you register. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an owner account.

Unclaimed directory listings may be seeded from publicly available or submitted data. Claiming a listing asserts that you are authorized to manage that business. You agree to complete verification when requested and to keep NAP, hours, services, media, and other profile content accurate.

You grant Cítame a non-exclusive license to host, display, translate (EN/ES as applicable), syndicate (when you enable syndication), and format your listing content for directory and AI-citation purposes. You retain ownership of your content.

We may reject, edit, unpublish, or remove listings that are misleading, infringing, illegal, or otherwise harmful to users or the integrity of the directory.

Paid plans (such as Monitor and Grow) are billed through our payment processor (e.g. Stripe) under the prices and terms shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until canceled. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, spam, or overload the Service, or bypass rate limits
• Misrepresent ownership of a business or submit false NAP or review data
• Upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content (including media)
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
• Use the Service to build a competing directory by wholesale copying our data

AI-visibility snapshots and reports estimate how assistants may mention or describe a business. Results are informational, may be incomplete or incorrect, and do not guarantee ranking, citations, or leads. Assistant behavior changes frequently and is outside our control.

The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and curated directory structure, is owned by Cítame or its licensors. Except for your listing content, you may not copy or redistribute the Service without permission.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CÍTAME AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID).

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or risk to the Service or other users. Provisions that by nature should survive (including licenses already granted for published directory display, disclaimers, and limitations) will survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply. Courts in California will have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to those mandatory protections.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
